The Clubs at Charles River Park offers year-round swimming lessons for children and adults of all levels and abilities. Our experienced Water Safety Instructors can arrange for private or semi-private lessons for beginners through intermediate and advanced swimmers.
HIIT the Water!
HIIT the Water! combines the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with strength and resistance drills to deliver an effective and fun fat-burning workout. Every exercise is designed to improve core stability while challenging the body in an aquatic environment.
Triathlon Group Training
Prepare for your upcoming triathlon swims like you never have before! The Group Triathlon Swim Training program offers purposeful, directed swim workouts geared towards helping you achieve your swimming peak. Practices will be focused on proper stroke technique, breathing control, and endurance.
