The Clubs at Charles River Park offers year-round swimming lessons for children and adults of all levels and abilities. Our experienced Water Safety Instructors can arrange for private or semi-private lessons for beginners through intermediate and advanced swimmers.
HIIT the Water!
HIIT the Water! combines the principles of high intensity interval training (HIIT) with strength and resistance drills to deliver an effective and fun fat-burning workout. Every exercise is designed to improve core stability while challenging the body in an aquatic environment.
Become a Certified Lifeguard
American Red Cross Lifeguard classes are held monthly at The Clubs at Charles River Park. Lifeguard candidates are trained to recognize and quickly address emergencies in an aquatic environment.
