New Group Fitness Schedule

New Schedule Begins February 13th
New Classes Include:

  • Zumba® Toning – This class combines body-sculpting exercises/movements and high-energy cardio work with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength training dance fitness party.
  • Multi-Media Ride – This class uses weekly theme rides and is designed to increase the fun factor, entertain and also delivery a great lower body strength and cardiovascular indoor cycling workout.
  • Core Strength – This class blends balance, posture and functional exercises with strength training. Its focus is on activating the core muscles using mainly your own body weight and light resistance as you work the entire body.
  • Core Training – A powerful 15 minute class working on core stability and strength!

Additionally, we’ve made several other changes to the new schedule, and the start times for several classes have been modified. The schedule is now available online and takes effect Monday February 13th.

Take a look at what some past participants had to say:

“And now I can do a push-up… Prior to group training I had never been able to do a “real” push-up, I had always completed “modified” or “girly” push-ups, now I can do 3 sets of 15! This program design also provided for individualized attention without the prohibitive cost of personal training.” – Alisa

“I regularly do cardiovascular workouts, along with playing competitive tennis. Strength training was not part of my routine, until I met Mike Bento. He showed me that proper stretching and muscle conditioning would improve my workouts and tennis game. I increased my flexibility and strengthened my muscles, some of which I had not been focusing on with my regular workouts. I really enjoyed these sessions, and I hope to continue in the fall.” – Liz

“Group training was exactly what I needed to get back on track taking care of myself physically. We had a very fun group. It helped to be accountable to each other to show up. There was no pressure to perform beyond our ability. Our trainer was very skilled and very supportive. The workouts involved just enough challenge. They were varied and interesting. What a great way to train! I recommend it enthusiastically!” – Thom

The next Group Training Program begins in February!

Outdoor Boot Camp – OPEN HOUSE WEEK

Try it, You’ll like it – NO MORE EXCUSES!
If you’ve been considering it, now is your chance to take it outside for a fun, challenging workout that combines cardio, strength training & stability.

During the week of October 17th – October 21st, you can try one of our outdoor boot camp classes for FREE!

Here’s what one participant had to say about her experience:

“I could summarize the outdoor boot camp in few words energetic, total body workout and lots fun” – Della

When Do Classes Take Place?
Join Katie Mon, Tues & Wed mornings from 6:30am to 7:30am rain or shine.

For open house week she’s added 3 additional classes:
Tues, 10/18: 12:30-1:15pm
Fri, 10/21: 5:45-6:45am & 12:15-1pm

Still not convinced? Here’s another endorsement:

“I was a bit intimidated about signing up. I was told by a friend that the boot camp she did was not fun and the instructor not helpful.

Working with Katie was great! The classes were different each day and there was always lots of encouragement. She made me feel so good about what I was trying to do. The group was great and we had lots of laughs.

I wish the Boot Camp at CRP continued success and lots of new members!” – Mary Anne

Participants should plan to run on flat surfaces and hills at their own pace for 10min; just 14 spots per day; first come first served.
