Boot CampBoot Camp is a fun, challenging workout that combines cardio, strength training & stability moves. Each class is a unique fitness experience, mixing total‐body exercises including fast‐paced agility and cardio drills, partner relays, circuits, tabata training, and plyometrics. Indoors November through April, Outdoors May through October.
Boot Camp uses cutting-edge equipment and evidence-based techniques for maximum results. Participants will measure their results with pre and post fitness testing.
Boot Camp sessions begin every 4 weeks. By signing up, recruits are committing to working out 3x’s per week (Mon/Wed/Fri from 6:30-7:30am) for the duration of the session. A 2x’s per week option is also available, and drop-ins are $20, available on a space-available basis.
