Group Training Open House
Launched in June of 2011, our innovative, cutting edge group training program is designed to get you stronger & leaner! Maximize your workouts utilizing revolutionary equipment like the TRX & kettle bells. This 6-week program costs $360 and includes two, 1-hour long training sessions per week.

- Demo’s will take place in the Group Training area of the health club.
- Wear your workout gear and try a 15-minute version of a regular Group Training session (normally 1-hour long).
- Not enough time? No problem! Come by to watch.
