Total Body Conditioning with the Battling Ropes

My last article focused on getting fit and healthy by incorporating functional movements such as lunges and squats into your program. Another great way to spice up your workouts, while sticking with the functional element, is by using the Battling Ropes system. The Battling Ropes are one of the most recent products on the fitness market and comes in 30-100 feet lengths. The Battling Ropes are used indoors or outdoors and can be included in your individualized program or circuit routine to provide well-rounded benefits:

  • Full body workout
  • Increase aerobic capacity
  • Low impact on joints
  • Work core muscles
  • For any age group or fitness level
  • Increase strength and power
  • Burn calories and increase heart rate
  • Provide variety and fun
  • Reduce boredom
  • Increase motivation

When you start training with the Battling Ropes you will notice how easy or difficulty you can make your workouts just by increasing the time variable and/or by tweaking the exercises. Give the Battling Ropes a try and see how fun and challenging they can be.
