PurMotion: Overhead Tricep on the Brazilian Pulley

First, stand with staggered stance, one foot placed in front of the other, leaning forward from the hips. Once in your starting position, take the rope in your hands and reach your arms over head so that your thumbs points down toward the floor and your elbows point toward the ceiling in front of you.

Keep the elbows still, use both arms to pull the rope up and forward.  Perform a pull, then reset your hands behind your head – you can keep pulling until you are out of rope, being careful not to dislodge it.

Other options: stand with feet together; kneel or 1/2 kneeling (one knee down under a hip and one foot flat on the floor in front of you)
