Roll, Lift and Relax – Quick Fix for Slumping

Step 1 – Roll your pelvis forward.
Step 2 – Lift sternum slightly (bring chest up and shoulders down and back)
Step 3 – Retract and relax neck (pull your head back so your ears are in line with your shoulders)
