Classes designated with  require online registration. Online registration opens at 7am the day before the class and closes 30 minutes prior to the class. Complete registration policies are located at the bottom of the page.

Online Reservation Policies

  1. Reservations can be made online one day before each class, beginning at 7am. You must register for each class individually by clicking the "register" links on the schedule and filling out the required information.
  2. Online registration and cancellation will close 30 minutes prior to the start time of each class.
  3. If you can no longer attend class, please cancel by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Please cancel your registration at least 30 minutes prior to the class starts to make room for other members.
  4. "No shows" will only be eligible for a position on the waiting list for the following week's classes.
  5. Check-in to class at least 5 minutes prior to the class, otherwise your spot will be released to other members.

Group Fitness Policies

  1. Saving studio floor space is prohibited. Everyone attending a class is entitled to the same amount of floor space.
  2. No bags, coats or other personal items can be brought into the studio or stored on the studio floor.
  3. For safety reasons, do not enter the studio after a class has begun.
  4. Always allow members to exit the studio and put away all equipment before entering the studio.
  5. Proper athletic footwear is required.
