As a member of the Clubs at Charles River Park, you will have access to all the latest fitness equipment and a knowledgeable staff that will help you reach your goals, whether that’s lose weight, get strong, or improve your health.

Our certified personal trainers use the best scientific evidence available to design programs that are time-saving, fun and effective. Most of our trainers have been in the fitness industry and at the Club for 10 years or longer! They can set you up on a program that meets your needs and fits your busy schedule.

You’ll exercise in a relaxed atmosphere with members of all ages and ability levels. You won’t be intimidated here! From Tai Chi to High Intensity Interval classes, you’ll find the Club has something to offer for everyone!

I always look forward to our sessions and I have to say that personal training is one of the best investments I’ve ever made.

Under Danny’s guidance, I’ve done body weight exercises and used the TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, and more. An example of my results from training with Danny is that I have recently deadlifted 5x more weight than when we started.

More importantly, I’ve been able to work full time with no need to take time off due to my chronic pain syndrome.
