Homemade Smoothie: Berries and Bananas
(Makes two 10-oz servings, 200 calories per serving)
- 6 oz greek non-fat yogurt, vanilla or plain
- 4 oz orange juice
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 small banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3-4 ice cubes
