Stability Ball Stretching 1.0


Did you know you can stretch with a stability ball?  Check these out:

Upper Back Stretch - Start

Keep abs firm and reach out to a point of mild discomfort (stretch).  If you need more stretch, try turning your hand palm up and move your arm closer to your body’s mid line.

Chest Stretch - Start

Chest Stretch – Start



Keep abs firm and the stretching shoulder held down and back.  Turn your head and shoulders away from the ball to the point of mild discomfort (stretch).

For both of these stretches, I like to move into the stretch, hold for a 2-3 count, release the stretch and repeat 8-10 times.  Give them a shot for a change in your stretch routine!
