Group Training

Using the latest equipment such as the TRX, our innovative group training program is designed as a complete workout to get you stronger and leaner while saving you money. Using targeted circuit training and the latest exercise science, enjoy a fun workout in a supportive group setting while burning more calories than ever before!

The next 6-week program begins the week of May 14th and includes two, 1-hour long training sessions per week.  Additional information can be found on the reservation form.

And now I can do a push-up... I regularly do cardiovascular workouts, along with playing competitive tennis. Strength training was not part of my routine, until I met Mike Bento. He showed me that proper stretching and muscle conditioning would improve my workouts and tennis game. I increased my flexibility and strengthened my muscles, some of which I had not been focusing on with my regular workouts. I really enjoyed these sessions, and I hope to continue in the fall. - Liz

Group training was exactly what I needed to get back on track taking care of myself physically. We had a very fun group. It helped to be accountable to each other to show up. Convenience
Choose from morning or afternoon sessions*:
Monday & Thursday (M/TH) – 7:30am & 1pm
Tuesday & Friday (T/F) – 1pm

* Sessions are not interchangeable. If a participant reserves a spot in the M/TH at 7:30am slot, they cannot attend another day or time slot during the program. 

Program Cost
$360 for members & non-members
