Group Training
Our new group training program is designed
- To get you stronger and leaner
- As a complete workout - including flexibility, core and strength exercises
- To burn more calories with targeted circuit training
- Be fun and save you money!
The next 6-week program starts in February and includes two, 1-hour long training sessions per week. Look for more information coming soon!
