Do you believe exercise can be fun? Enjoyable? Exciting? Something you look forward to? How about something you “can’t live without?”
My training philosophy includes a holistic approach to wellness that spans beyond time spent in the gym. My clients and I address healthy lifestyle choices including, nutrition, stress management and work/life balance.
When you train with me, you receive:
- Accountability, motivation and inspiration!
- Butt-kicking, time-effective, goal-oriented training sessions!
- A program which addresses the effects of illness, chronic pain and muscle imbalances
- Guidance on your independent workouts
Your accomplishments in the gym will positively transform the way you approach challenges in your life!

The proof is in the results
I was suffering pain and stiffness in my back and shoulders. I worked with a CRP Personal Trainer over the course of 18 months. He corrected my bad habits and kept me motivated. Last month I benched press my own weight!

Personal Training at Charles River Park Health Club has really provided me with the motivation I needed to keep on track. I have lost weight and feel great!
