Chinese martial art consisting of slow, flowing and meditative movements. There are no age limitations to participation, just loose clothing and soft shoes.

Note: You are responsible for exercising caution when exercising at home, and that you endeavor to exercise within your limits.  Given the lack of supervision of your exercising program, you are assuming all risk of injury to your person or property.  If you are unsure whether any demonstrated exercise is safe for you to perform, please consult with your physician before participating.
